The Thames Valley Traction Engine Club will hold its Christmas Club Meeting on 8th December 2025 at Ashampstead Village Hall from 7pm ish. There is a car park on site and plenty of extra parking on the road outside too. Below is a Google maps link to find the venue, but for those not Googling if you come through the village on the main road there’ll be a sign out on the only crossroad, but, basically aim for Church Lane (It’s sign posted) and the village hall is just before the Church on the right hand side of the road.

We looking forward to our final meeting bringing members together for a festive evening to round off the year. Attendees can look forward to seasonal buffet and refreshments, friendly conversation and some unfriendly conversation (never), and a warm celebration of the club’s shared passion for steam and vintage machinery.

It’s a relaxed, cheerful gathering and a great chance to catch up, please feel free to bring along any steam and vintage videos you may want to share, there will be a computer available so bring your videos on a USB drive.

Also…Don’t forget to bring some money for our legendary end of year Raffle, it’s a perfect opportunity to get a gift for someone you don’t like this Christmas.
